Just signed up this AM after chatting to John last night at Ditchling Beacon, who was operating 11m.

I operate 2m, 70 cm & PMR.  On foot only.

Operate from vicinity of Horsham, /P (no fixed station at home), but try to get out to spots on the South and North Downs as often as possible.

Operate all year round, with the proviso that I don't venture out in torrential rain.

Welcome aboard . It was good talking to you last night & great to hear about your antenna experiments .

Hi Rich, welcome to our site!
So you are one of the culprits that kept John away from the Southern and South Coast SSB Net yesterday!  

I see from your QRZ logbook you do a fair bit on 2M, that is a band I should get on soon. I have settled on 70cm via repeaters but mostly FT8 on HF and love it, yep I know some hate digi modes but hey-ho.

Hope to catch you on-air at some point, maybe even on the PMR Monday evenings.
