Hello from Hove

Hi

I'm Russell. I was on the radio back in the 90's and within recent years I started to have a craving for it again. In 2018 I bought some really basic kit from Amazon but in the end hardly used it, its within the last year that I have really got a taste for it and installed a better setup.

Living in a flat in old listed buildings can be a problem when wanting to put up an antenna, lucky for me I have the flat that is part of the extended part of the building, it houses my bathroom. I have a 10 foot pole on the rear chimney and because I didn't want to risk complaints I have a boomerang antenna which I believe is less that 2 meters including the ground plane.

So after finally getting a decent installation, a new sideband radio and a wee bit of power I'm getting out the best I ever have, so do listen out for me or give me a shout if you're around.
