Raspberry Pi 3b and an RTL-SDR dongle - about £40 all-in with free firmware image download.

About 15 minutes work.

I have one chucked on the floor of my shack. Mine covers 2m, the analogue repeater outputs on 70cms plus some Gatwick airband frequencies.

Yours can cover whatever frequencies you like... 26MHz to 28MHz maybe?
