All Things Radio

On Saturday 17th June I was invited to a meetup on high ground which is a treat for me as I don't drive anymore (my choice) so was looking forward to a chat & some radio action.
John CT4515 picked me up and we arrived at Firle Beacon to be greeted by John's brother Dave and Ray CT2290/CI2290 :) 

After introductions etc. John set up two antennas for 11M & PMR then along with Dave they set-up the table and what was enough gear for a weeks camping. All the time chatting etc, the radio was set-up ready for 'the off' at which point another van pulled up and it was GE12--Tim and D31--Adam. 8)

The end result was a lot of chatting & laughter mixed with a camp feast, rain, lightning but not really any radio apart from John logging in to the DDB Net. ::)  :D

But thoroughly enjoyable evening, thanks guys. :)
